PART-TIME Accounting Administrative assistant
Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects is currently hiring a Part-Time Accounting Administrative Assistant to work on-site at our office in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
Function:
Responsible for supporting the Accounting Department providing bookkeeping, clerical duties, administrative support and other administrative tasks as needed.
Education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
Experience:
Administrative staff member with 3 -5 years prior experience
Knowledge & Abilities:
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, accounts payable/receivables or other finance-related roles
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and related software
Prior experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus
Key Software:
MS Office - specifically Excel, Deltek/Vantagepoint
Reports To:
Finance Director
Works With:
Finance Director and Principal
