Scott is committed to creative problem-solving and careful oversight for each of his projects. He is passionate about sustainable design, and is a LEED-Accredited Professional. He provides leadership on all of the firm’s green projects, and strives to incorporate environmentally responsible design practices into all of GRLA’s work. 

Scott is an active member of the Climate Reality Leadership Corps. He is focused on putting his passion for sustainability into practice and delivers an informative and impactful presentation to audiences who are seeking not only scientific data, but specific strategies that can be employed immediately to help our planet.

GEORGE O’NEILL, AIA, MCPPO
ASSOCIATE, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

George has over 40 years of design experience including corporate, single and multi-family residential, community, religious, and educational projects, as well as historic building renovations. By combining his design expertise with excellent organizational and communication skills, George guides each of his projects from kick-off to completion with the client’s best interest in mind.

George is a world traveler, making time to visit Europe, Central and South America with his wife and young adult children (he always sends a postcard to the office). Cooking and plenty of home improvement projects keep him busy, but mastering conversational Spanish is a project unto itself, necessary as everyone else at home speaks Spanish.

MARC DIPILATO
ASSOCIATE, PROJECT Executive

Marc has over 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He has managed many of the GRLA’s complex corporate, tech, and life science projects. Marc’s expertise in management, design, detailing, coordination of consultants, and his construction administration skills have been instrumental in the success of projects for industry leaders such as Dell/ EMC, PerkinElmer, AMD, and Cognex. His experience is diverse from ground-up construction to corporate and tech renovations to specialty spaces.

When Marc is not working, he is spending time with his family, skiing, hiking, biking, volunteering at church, gardening, and traveling – especially to his favorite place, Disney World. Marc is a fan of nature shows and has a keen interest in the wonders of Alaska.

CHRIS PASZKO, PE, MCPPO
DIRECTOR of BUILDING ENVELOPE SCIENCES

Chris has over 15 years of building envelope experience including commercial, residential, academic, public, and institutional structures. His expertise includes investigation and repair of existing failed and deteriorated systems, new construction peer design review, design assistance, and commissioning. Chris is skilled in generating construction cost estimates, technical specifications, and design drawings for construction. He is knowledgeable in all building envelope components, particularly masonry, flashing, roofing, waterproofing, and windows at historic and contemporary facilities.

Chris is a busy dad of two young boys, but tries to find time for the occasional round of golf with friends.

Skye Jensen
Associate, DIRECTOR of finance

Skye has been with GRLA since 2015. She handles everything to do with finance, from payroll to project billing and everything in between. In this role, she has grown to be the office Deltek maven. She is known to occasionally brings treats to the office, especially during month-end closing.

When she is not crunching numbers, Skye can be found taking care of her sweet, senior dog, Lolly (a popular visitor to the GRLA office!)
