Scope:

Building Envelope Consulting for a multi-phase roof system replacement for multiple buildings. Roof systems comprised of single-ply EPDM, asphalt shingle roof, and single-ply ballasted EPDM were replaced down to the structural deck .

• Reconstruction design including schematic design and construction documents
