GRLA designed a new, 350,000 SF mixed-use development in historic downtown Westborough on the site of the former Bay State Abrasives industrial complex. With 11 new buildings and retail tenants including Tavolino restaurant, Panera Bread, GNC, TD Bank, Reliant Medical Group, Boston Interiors, Roche Brothers, Ted’s Montana Grill, and Boston Sports Club, the development offers a variety of options for shopping, eating, and doing business. 44 residential units were also part of the project, as well as a 2-acre public park.
