This 200,000 SF master planned office park on Blanchard Road in Burlington is prime commercial real estate visible from Route 128. In addition to 80,000 SF of core and shell renovations to existing offices on the property, the project included a new, 120,000 SF signature building with dynamic roof overhangs, curved glass, and a precast concrete façade. The new office building features a two-story lobby, full-service cafe, fitness center, and tenant spaces.
