Scope:

As part of the renovation project, the 30-year-old curtainwall was scheduled to receive new glazing into existing frames. However, upon removal of the interior finishes near the curtain wall system, several areas of moisture staining and active leaks were observed. The challenge was to determine if replacement of the glazing, pressure plates, and perimeter seals would address the leak issues or if further repairs or replacement of the curtainwall system should be considered.
