Concentric Energy Advisors

GRLA’s interior design team was hired to space plan and update Concentric Energy Advisors’ (Concentric) corporate headquarters.

The existing space was challenged with long corridors and maze-like circulation. Private offices were isolated from each other and departments were not distinguished. Conference spaces were limited, and the kitchen break room was ready for a refresh.

A new corridor was added to provide ease of circulation from one side of the office to the other. New glass enclosed huddle rooms opened interior spaces within. Redesigned kitchen, coffee and break rooms provide flexible meeting and collaboration spaces with a variety of furniture options. New LED lighting, energy efficient appliances and sustainable products were incorporated into this newly designed workspace. Two existing outdoor patio spaces will be outfitted with new comfortable seating, tables and shading.
