Building envelope commissioning of a new luxury senior living community comprised of three (3) four-story buildings with wood frame construction.

Services:

• Building envelope inspections

• Design review

• Design, submittal and RFI review

• Window testing

• Construction site visits

Building envelope systems consisting of:

• Fiber cement lap siding

• Fiber cement panels

• Fiber cement board and batten siding

• Ground faced CMU block and brick veneer over wood

• Metal stud framed backup wall and aluminum framed storefront and vinyl window systems

• Roof systems consist of adhered EPDM roofing membrane including some rooftop pavers and vegetative roof overburden
