Employment Options

GRLA completed the tenant fit-out of The Compass Clubhouse for Employment Options. The 6,000 square foot open-concept space is located in a brick commercial building built in 1900. The space is loaded with charm and character from the floor to ceiling windows, to the wood columns and beams, and wide plank flooring.

The large open space is divided into an employee work area and a dining area. To create a functional, centrally located space for employee collaboration a new solid surface high counter was installed that connects to a new copy area. A sliding service window at the opposite end of the open space provides an area for a snack bar. A new reception area, updated finishes for the existing restrooms, a new gender-neutral restroom, and a new utility/laundry room give this space a fresh new look and feel. The existing conference room and private office were also refreshed with new paint.
