Scope:

Flagship Wharf is a 34,000 SF luxury residential and commercial condominium building that was undergoing a sealant project on the south elevation and courtyard, which faces the water.

Services:

GRLA performed third party consulting, material review, periodic on-site construction observation, and testing for the sealant replacement project.

GRLA conducted a comprehensive building envelope study at Flagship Wharf. The Board decided that leaks would be addressed as they arise. GRLA’s BES team sourced, designed repairs for, and provided construction services that successfully addressed over two hundred leaks at this building. Building envelope systems include an EPDM roof membrane; standing-seam copper roofing; brick masonry, precast concrete, curtain wall, windows, and plaza-deck waterproofing.
