The House of the Seven Gables

Built in 1668, The House of the Seven Gables is a symbol of both American promise and literary prowess. After connecting at the 2019 New England Museum Association annual conference, GRLA and the staff from the House of Seven Gables collaborated to review, understand, and plan for expanded uses for the Hooper-Hathaway House (1682).  These studies include accessibility improvements, and archive and storage accommodations.
