Leigh came to GRLA after a 25-year career managing a variety of not-for-profit organizations where her primary focus was marketing, communications, managing staff, and relationship development. At GRLA, she leads marketing and communication efforts that highlight the firm's innovative projects and community impact and ensures that GRLA’s voice resonates across various platforms to strengthen the firm’s connections with clients, partners, and the broader community.

Leigh is adjusting to an empty nest as her two children wrap up their college careers.  Fun fact: Leigh reads a lot of cookbooks and watches a lot of cooking shows, yet she rarely cooks.
