Start Line Brewing Company

GRLA worked with Start Line Brewing Company to expand into the Water Fresh Farm space to better serve its growing business including more than tripling their brewing capacity.

GRLA reconfigured the taproom by relocating the bar and food service area to the center of the existing space to accommodate approximately 80 seats. In addition, GRLA designed a 1,000 SF outdoor beer garden patio as well as a year-round event space to be used for entertainment, viewing televised sporting events and hosting private functions. Both spaces were converted from existing greenhouse bay areas.

As part of the renovated space, GRLA remodeled the kitchen as well as designed new restrooms. The brewing operations remained uninterrupted while the taproom, seating and beer production space was under construction. Start Line Brewing Company has received many positive reviews from its patrons and the community on their newly designed and expanded space.
