Scope:

GRLA worked closely with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on their most sacred structure, the Temple. Due to site constraints and a tight timeline, we had just two weeks to remove the existing steeple and install its replacement. This demanding schedule required significant preparation and coordination, with much of the steeple work completed on the ground before installation.

Building envelope consulting services encompassed both the iconic steeple and the vibrant green roof deck plaza. The scope included a redesign of the existing steeple, upgrades to the exterior building lighting, replacement of the plaza waterproofing, and a complete redesign of the green roof landscaping to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
