Scope:

The Pavilion is a luxury condominium complex which was experiencing major water intrusion. GRLA performed a complete building envelope study to determine the cause of the issues followed by prepration of Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration for a balcony repair project.

OLD: The BES team determined the exterior insulation and finish system wall cladding, windows and curtain wall system were a major source of the leaks and prepared a building remediation solution for the client. The exterior building envelope was re-clad with a new exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS), new windows, and new curtain wall.
