The Pavilion

The Pavilion is a 114-unit luxury condominium complex. GRLA was initially hired to perform a complete building envelope study to determine the cause of major water intrusion issues.

The BES team determined the exterior insulation and finish system wall cladding, windows and curtain wall system were a major source of the leaks and prepared a building remediation solution for the client. The exterior building envelope was re-clad with a new exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS), new windows, and new curtain wall.
