TreeTops Condominium

Falmouth, MA

TreeTops Condominium is a 62-unit complex with a clubhouse, community pool, and detached garages on the coast of Falmouth, Massachusetts. GRLA designed repairs and conducted construction administration services for an extensive building envelope repair project that included:

• Replacement of the asphalt shingles, underlay, and related work

• Removal and replacement of insulation, sheathing, flashing, clapboard, and trim at chimney boxes

• Complete replacement of cedar shingle siding

• Gutters and downspout replacement

• Deck repairs, additional reinforcement, and post foundation installation

• Foundation anchor installation

• Window and door removal, replacement, or reinstallation

• Landscaping improvements and new gating around the pool area

GRLA provided field report documentation, attendance at project and committee meetings, and coordination of the landscape and exterior electrical consultants throughout construction. GRLA also worked closely with the contractor, Schernecker Property Services, to provide onsite feedback and solutions.
