GRLA completed a new 35,000 SF building for the U.S. General Services Administration’s Citizenship and Immigration services department in Lawrence, MA. This LEED Silver building features a full-height glass curtain wall at the entrance as well as transom windows, which flood the interior spaces with natural light. Security and blast mitigation techniques were included in the design of the structure and glazing systems as well as below-grade parking for 57 cars.
