  • Air, Vapor, Water Barriers

  • EPDM Roofing

Services:

  • Peer Review and red-line drawing comments of the design and prepared a follow-up report

  • Construction site visits to observe progress of the building envelope system installation

  • Window testing

    • ASTM E783 – Standard Test Method for Field Measurement of Air Leakage Through Installed Exterior Windows and Doors.

    • ASTM E1105 – Standard Test Method for Field Determination of Water Penetration of Installed Exterior Windows, Skylights, Doors and Curtain Wall by Uniform or Cyclic Static Air Pressure.

    • AAMA 501.3 - Field Check of Water and Air leakage through Installed Exterior Windows, Curtain Walls, and Doors by Uniform Air Pressure Difference

    • AMMA 501.2 - Quality Assurance and Diagnostic Water Leakage Field Check of Installed Storefronts, Curtain Walls, and Sloped Glazing Systems.
