GRLA recently completed phase one of Revvity’s new corporate headquarters relocation at 77 CityPoint in Waltham, Massachusetts. The 30,000 SF renovation included design of a new executive office suite with a state-of-the-art boardroom and executive private offices, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, breakout and coffee areas. The remaining areas were renovated to accommodate all the required support offices with extensive glass wall systems and new collaborative and flexible furniture systems. Color schemes reflect Revvity’s new brand which adopts a neutral palette inspired by the organic shapes and movement of their visual identity. Use of natural light woods in combination with off-whites and lighter beiges present a good background for bright accent walls, vibrant artwork and graphics reflecting the dynamic nature of the brand.
Phase two of the project, which includes a 10,000 SF renovation is anticipated to start in January of 2025 and will include the main entrance lobby, more conferencing and large town hall meeting spaces, a gaming zone and areas that encourage social interaction.
Construction is by J Calnan Associates.
